If you are out of work, and in need of qualifications and experience that will improve your employment prospects; then you could be eligible to participate in one of our community courses.
Through our close partnership with Jobcentre Plus and Local Authorities, we provide short courses, enabling people of all abilities to gain the vital skills they need to get back into work.
Skills and qualifications are just a small part of the support we offer. Our team is on hand to provide information, advice and guidance when you need it the most.
Many of our community courses are entry-level and do not require any qualifications to participate. All we ask is that you show up with plenty enthusiasm!

Traineeships for young entrepreneurs
We are due to launch an exciting new traineeship programme for young entrepreneurs, perfect for those with a flair for business. Starting in September, this traineeship will arm learners with the skills and experience they need to plan, and eventually start their own business. Drop us a message below for more information.

Our office in Redditch, and our pop-up classrooms across Worcestershire are always located in convenient and accessible locations.
We understand that walking into a classroom environment for the first time in years can be a daunting prospect. That’s why we aim to ensure the learning environment is relaxed and welcoming.
Our tutors are the most helpful and friendly in the business! You will receive plenty of help and support to achieve your career aspirations. Our tutors will provide you with regular feedback and ensure your individual learning plan is tailored to suit your strengths.
How can you get started?
We regularly attend local JCP offices to interview and enrol job seekers on our courses.
We also attend jobs fairs, careers events with 2 Counties, careers fairs. If you are currently on JSA benefits, then your work coach can refer you to us.
It is also possible to self-refer yourself on to any of our courses, just fill in the form below. You don’t need any qualifications or experience to get started – just plenty of enthusiasm!
