Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
Through our Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship you will understand how to support and engage with different stakeholders across the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
You will learn how to add value, and how to contribute to the efficiency of an organisation, through the support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.
Who is this qualification for?
Business Administrators, Project Coordinators, PA’s or Team Assistants.
What is the duration?
Between 12 and 18 months to complete.
Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration and if required, level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics, English, and ICT.
What does the study include?
Supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation, interacting with internal or external stakeholders at all levels, contributing to the efficiency of an organisation, working across teams, resolving issues. You will also learn skills in IT, communication, record management and project management.
Typical Entry Requirements
Ideally 5 GCSE’s grades A-C – but ultimately this is decided by the employer.
The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
